The air conditioning took a while to cool the room down, resulting in a frigid wake-up since it worked really well once it got going. An ice machine would’ve been nice, and adding a couple more towel racks in the bathroom could be beneficial too.

Sage Motel is a perfect spot that combines mid-century modern charm with comfort. The room had a comfortable recliner, and everything from the beds to the towels was top-notch. The mini fridge with a good-sized freezer was handy, and the Wi-Fi was great. The owners were super welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The AC could use some improvement.

frigid air

the air in the room was small and made me cold all night, way to ruin a restful sleep. my sink was clogged, how unprofessional! i almost gave a good review, but then again, would it have killed them to offer some kind of welcome gesture? just plain rude, really.

The mid-century modern aesthetic was beautifully executed, with each room spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated. The play area outside was a hit with my kids, providing them a perfect space to unwind. While there’s no breakfast offered, having access to a grill was a nice alternative, and we truly appreciated the cozy, welcoming atmosphere created by the owners. A highlight was the convenience of a well-sized mini fridge with a freezer section—great for storing snacks and drinks!

Perfect retro charm!

Had a nice one-night stay! The mini fridge was super helpful for my snacks, and the picnic area outside was a great touch to unwind with a drink. The room was nice and clean, but I wished the AC was a bit stronger. Overall, such a cozy vibe that made it feel like home!
